Thank you for taking the time to read about me and what I do. I hope this small introduction will give you a glimpse of how I view the experience of therapy and what it might be like to work with me. I believe that a caring, honest relationship between therapist and client is essential for exploring new ways of being and relating. In a world where being lost and feeling all alone is often the place where I meet people I would like you to know that what ever you are going through, whatever you have been through or whatever you may be facing at the moment…things can change today so that your tomorrow may be better.
Often when we seek out psychotherapy, it’s because we feel stuck in patterns that are not working, have not worked in the past and are restrictive and frustrating.

My therapy room can provide a safe space where we can learn to relate to ourselves, and to others, with authenticity and compassion. Becoming aware of what keeps us stuck can give us the opportunity to respond to situations with intentionality, instead of repeating unhelpful old patterns.
